Gigapurge is made by Supreme Information Security LLC. These terms are a draft until the owner approves this page.
License
$29.99 once. No subscription. The key does not expire. One key is for personal or business use on up to 3 Macs you own or control. It covers version 1.x. It does not include a later major version.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. It takes the payment and sends the key. Gigapurge does not see the card number.
About → Deactivate this Mac frees one of the 3 activations so you can use Gigapurge on another Mac.
Restrictions
Don't share, resell, or publish a license key. Don't reverse engineer Gigapurge, except where the law allows it.
Free features
Scanning, review, Space Map, and Put Back stay free. Moving files to the Trash, and uninstalling an app, need a license.
Refunds
Not happy? Email support@gigapurge.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Your files
Gigapurge moves only the items you confirm, and only to the Trash. The app does not empty the Trash. Keep your own backups. Documents, the Desktop, and projects are off-limits.
No warranty
Gigapurge is provided as is. We do not promise that it will meet every need, or that it will run without interruption.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid for Gigapurge.
Updates
The app checks gigapurge.com for a signed update. You choose when to install it. Updates inside version 1.x are covered. A later major version is not included.
Termination
The license can end if you break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes
If these terms change, this page will say so.
